Adishree's route into Which? wasn't a straight line having studied Modern Languages with Management Studies at the University of Leicester, before gaining experience in media analysis at Kantar Media. When she applied to Which?, it was actually for a different role entirely but the hiring team recognised that her skills were a stronger fit for the product testing and market research function. She was offered the position, and the rest followed.

"It just goes to show that at Which?, it's about your interest and potential, not necessarily a specific background."

Natalie, Content Producer/Writer and former Apprentice

I was attracted to the apprenticeship role at Which?, as it allowed me to get a foot in the door of the publishing world, whilst working towards a qualification. Working at Which? has given me a great transition from uni into working life, I feel fully supported and work in a great team, where I am given the opportunity to apply all my learnings in a work environment!

Joe, Which?'s Social Media producer, didn't follow a conventional path into the world of social media. He didn't go to university, his CV includes stints as a ski centre, a labourer, a Tesco delivery driver, and three years training as a welder. It's a varied background, and it turned out to be the perfect foundation.

His passion for telling stories and connecting with an audience while on his travels ignited a passion for content creation and video-making that he hadn't known was there.

"Although my path into social media wasn't a traditional one, and I didn't attend university, I still managed to land this role."
