Current position

I joined Which? in January 2023 as a Finance Business Partner in the Commercial Finance team. I support the Product and Technology department and the Audience Platform Project. My role is wide ranging and there is a mix of routine and project/ ad hoc work, which keeps things exciting. Some of my main responsibilities include month end reporting, forecasting, budgeting, building trusted stakeholder relations and project work.

Key Experiences

After graduating from the University of Sheffield with a degree in Economics, I started the Audit Graduate Scheme at EY. I spent 4 years in practice working on a portfolio of clients alongside qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. After qualifying, I made the move away from practice and into industry with a new experience at Save the Children as a Finance Business Partner supporting the Global Programmes.

Motivation for working at Which?

The structure of Which? is interesting and different to anywhere I have worked before. There is both a charitable and commercial element, with the Consumers’ Association being a charity fully funded through the commercial company Which?.

Greatest achievement

As I only joined Which? this year, one of my main goals has been to build strong relationships within the finance team and with key stakeholders in the Product and Technology department. As well as this, I have developed a better understanding of the structure of Which? and why this matters.
