As hybrid working continues to evolve, we are continuing to learn how we get the best from hybrid working, as well as understanding the impact hybrid working has on our organisational culture. We want Which? to continue to be a great place to work and as part of this, we know that creating the right working environment for us to do our best work is key. We have therefore adopted a hybrid working model, where we work from home, and also have weekly team days where we come together in person.
One of our values, ‘we’re connected’, focuses on this very sense of connectedness – being a community, sharing skills, experience and knowledge to deliver work we are proud of. Through our test and learn approach to hybrid working, we have found that each department, team and role will have different working patterns that work best for their teams, therefore, apart from our team days, we operate in ways that work best for us. If you want to find out more about the hybrid requirements for each role, please contact us.
