Our Employee Assistance Programme provides all Which? colleagues with:
confidential 24/7 telephone access to online counsellors
eight sessions of face to face counselling
an online portal where you can find a range of resources to support your mental, physical and financial wellbeing
the ‘Thrive’ App which helps you track your mood and teach you methods to take control of stress and anxiety
This is an online hub which provides resources and guidance, webinars, antenatal classes and free 1-2-1 sessions with specialists on a wide range of topic including; child behaviour, nutrition, fertility, menopause and relationship therapy.
We pay for an optional private health scheme for employees who work over 15 hours a week, and have completed six months of service. Benefits include:

Wellbeing Advocates organise events, raise awareness, and champion positive mental health initiatives across the organisation, helping to create a culture where wellbeing is a priority.
