Time to Change Pledge

We’ve signed the Time to Change Pledge to demonstrate our commitment to creating a workplace free from the stigma and discrimination associated with mental health. At Which? we are committed to creating a working environment that is supportive and understanding towards colleagues, prioritising our mental health. To demonstrate this we have developed our four feel good foundations, the cornerstone of our wellbeing activities and have feel good champions across our offices who will drive forward change and help to embed our promise by instigating initiatives to improve wellbeing at Which?.

Our feel good foundations:

Psychological

Promoting and protecting the psychological wellbeing of all our people at Which? is important for your physical health, social wellbeing and productivity. Psychological wellbeing in the workplace is relevant to all of us and we can all contribute to improved psychological wellbeing at work.

Physical

Physical wellbeing at Which? isn’t just about an absence of illness, it’s also about your lifestyle and choices. We understand that in order to help you improve your physical wellbeing, we need to provide you with knowledge and opportunity.

Financial

We understand that dealing with finances can be stressful and impact your wellbeing. Which? wants to provide knowledge and support for you to make informed decisions about your financial present and future.

Nutritional

Our diet and nutrition can impact both our physical and psychological wellbeing. What you eat and drink makes up everyday life which is why we think it’s so important that Which? focuses on this aspect of your wellbeing. We want to encourage you to eat healthily in the workplace but also at home.
