At Which?, our daily mission is to drive real change with ‘improving life for consumers’ at its core. We nurture a diverse workplace, with a commitment to mirroring the varied consumer base we serve.
Our goal? To champion every UK consumer by understanding, representing, and reaching diverse individuals.
Our inclusive culture ensures everyone feels valued and heard so we can deliver real impact.
We will:
create an organisation that is reflective of the consumers we're here to support
have an equitable and inclusive culture where everyone can thrive
continue to build EDI confidence and empower colleagues to take action
have consciously inclusive people policies and processes, pay and benefits that are free from bias and buildings that work for everyone
Our employee-led networks celebrate our diverse perspectives and create a genuine sense of belonging. These groups make it easy to connect with colleagues through shared interests or unique lived experiences - offering a safe space to share ideas, find support, and collaborate to drive positive change across our organisation.

The Mosaic Network brings together our ethnic minority colleagues to celebrate cultural diversity and help make Which? a more inclusive place to work. It’s a space to connect with others, share perspectives on the things that matter to you, and get involved in social events. We also work closely with the wider business to help shape our inclusion strategy. We’re always looking for new members to join us and bring fresh ideas to the group.
Our Disability, Accessibility and Neurodiversity Network supports colleagues with disabilities, long-term health conditions, and neurodivergent thinkers. The group focuses on raising awareness and ensuring everyone has the right environment to do their best work. It’s a supportive space to share experiences, access resources, and help us build a deeper, more positive understanding of disability and accessibility across Which?.
