Salary £50,000 - £60,000 per annum

Are you ready to help shape how we attract and convert new members to Which?'s subscription products? Which? is the UK's consumer champion, and we're looking for an Acquisition & Propositions Manager to guide our proposition strategy and support our growth.

You'll work with teams across Which? to create offers that appeal to potential members while building trusted relationships with colleagues. Could this be the chance to use your experience in a role that makes a real difference to consumers?

About the Role

This is a varied role where you'll balance strategy with hands-on work. You'll help shape our subscription products and support how we reach people through paid media channels. Do you enjoy working on projects that combine data, creativity and commercial thinking?

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Guide the proposition agenda, working with the business to evolve our products and retain more members
  • Support the planning and delivery of new and refreshed propositions
  • Work on paid media activity to improve targeting, messaging and data usage
  • Create promotional plans that increase appeal and lifetime value for different audiences
  • Support, develop and motivate a team of three people

About You

What skills and background will help you succeed in this role?

  • Experience in propositions and pricing
  • Background in performance marketing, including PPC, Meta and Programmatic
  • Ability to use GA4 or similar tools to review and analyse data
  • Comfortable balancing growth with profitability
  • Skilled at building relationships with colleagues across an organisation

The interview process 

1st Interview via TEAMS: 30 minutes - Thomas Baverstock, Head of Member Acquisition
2nd Interview via TEAMS: 1 hour - Thomas Baverstock, Head of Member Acquisition & Tammy Wallace, Lead Product Manager
