This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (Cardiff one day a week in the office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £26,000 - £28,000 per annum

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover secondment.

About the role

B2B Coordinators play a critical role for the day to day running and smooth operations of the B2B team. 

The Coordinators are responsible for providing a high level of support to the B2B Management team on an on-going and ad hoc basis to help drive efficiencies and business objectives. 

B2B Coordinators are accountable for ensuring pipelines are added to our CMS system, that the licensing process is being followed accurately and systems are operating efficiently.  

They are also responsible for overseeing the compliance of the Endorsement Team, including brand protection, brand commitment to ROI/testimonials and accurate input of data inline with process documents and audit recommendations.

Key responsibilities include: 

Takes ownership and is the lead person for reviewing product testing databases and ensures accurate information on sales pipelines (new/renewal opps & brandlisting) is available in our CMS system for Account Managers.  

  • Conducts regular audits on our CMS platforms to ensure compliance and report any issues or inaccuracies to the B2B Commercial Operations Team Lead
  • Responsible for managing and reviewing Process documents and updating them when any changes are made and notifying relevant team members of any updates.
    Proactively identifies ways to improve or streamline our process and create new processes to support this with roll out to teams
  • Is the main point of contact with Finance regarding invoices and outstanding invoices

About you:

  • Very good organisation and time-keeping skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Familiar with CRM systems 
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Ability to explain change and new ways of working to achieve desired outcomes

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • Interview will be 1.5 hours with 45 minute interview and 15 mins task with 30 mins preparation time
