Salary: £45,000 – £53,500 per annum

This is a 12 month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.

About the role

We're looking for a B2B Marketing Manager to join us on a 12-month fixed-term maternity cover contract to help drive the growth of our B2B offering through supporting the implementation of  Which?'s digital transformation roadmap.

In this role, you'll work closely with teams across Sales, Product & Technology to develop and implement marketing activities that enhance the digital experience of our B2B clients. You'll play a key role in analysing marketing data, optimising lead generation and sales funnel performance, and delivering targeted campaigns that support commercial growth.

You'll also lead and develop a small team, delivering marketing activity across multiple channels including email, digital, social, events and print. This work will support initiatives across Trusted Traders, Endorsements and emerging partnership opportunities.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Acting as the primary B2B marketing stakeholder, working with Sales teams to create marketing collateral and Product and Technology teams to implement platforms and support digital transformation initiatives
  • Providing marketing support across new B2B growth initiatives, including Endorsements, Home Energy, Lifestyle and Health & Wellbeing
  • Planning and delivering targeted, category-specific marketing communications to support sales in key verticals
  • Analysing marketing data to optimise lead generation activity and improve the B2B sales funnel
  • Managing and developing a small team delivering multi-channel marketing activity, including email, digital, social media, events and print campaigns

About you:

You're an experienced and adaptable B2B marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You're comfortable balancing multiple priorities and using data and insight to improve marketing performance and unlock new commercial opportunities.

You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead campaigns from planning through to analysis and optimisation.

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

  • Experience managing projects, stakeholders and marketing campaigns from conception through to performance analysis
  • The ability to proactively drive forward a roadmap of marketing activity that improves performance and unlocks new opportunities
  • Strong data literacy and the ability to analyse marketing performance to generate insights and recommendations
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate marketing performance and insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges in a changing environment

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • A competency based interview via TEAMS - 1hour
  • A second interview via TEAMS - 30 minutes
