This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working in London with regular office day being Tuesday, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary 31,000 – £33,660 per annum

Are you ready to help our members get more value from their membership? Which? is the UK's consumer champion, making life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone. We're looking for a CRM Executive to join our member engagement team and support better ways to connect with our members.

About the Role

In this role, you'll work with your team to keep members engaged and help them find their next best action. You'll look after our CRM activity across email, app and direct mail, making sure everything is on brand and reaches people at the right time. Does testing, learning and improving how we talk to members sound like something you'd enjoy?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Looking after assigned CRM programmes and making sure they work well from start to finish
  • Setting up campaigns, building landing pages and working with Member Services to keep them informed
  • Testing send times and content to find what works best for our members
  • Checking results and sharing what you learn with the team
  • Supporting our new Customer Data Platform and helping create better targeted campaigns

About You

You'll have experience sending email campaigns using an established platform. You're organised, pay close attention to detail, and enjoy working with data to spot what could work better. Would you like to be part of a team that values your ideas and encourages you to try new things?

  • Background in email marketing and a strong interest in best practice
  • Able to use data to understand what's working and why
  • Skilled at working with others and sharing updates clearly
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and presentation tools
