Are you looking for a role where you can shape how we connect with our members? Which? is the UK's consumer champion, here to make life simpler, fairer and safer for everyone. We're looking for a CRM Growth Manager to join our Member Engagement team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a chance to work at the heart of our member engagement strategy. You'll help us build better ways to connect with members through smart use of data and technology. What you create will have a real impact on how we support and retain our members.

About the Role

You'll be the technical and strategic hub for the Member Engagement team. Working closely with colleagues, you'll bring together tools, data and testing to help us improve how we engage with members. Does helping teams work smarter through better systems and insights sound like something you'd enjoy?

Key responsibilities include:

  • Guide the team on CRM technology, integrations and tools that make our work more effective
  • Set up and support testing so we can learn what works and improve over time
  • Translate business goals into member engagement activities and communication plans
  • Work with our analytics team to track what matters and recommend improvements
  • Help reduce manual tasks across the team through smart automation

About You

You'll have a background in marketing, retention or CRM, and you're comfortable working with data to make decisions. You understand how to balance priorities and enjoy bringing people together around shared goals. Can you see yourself using your technical skills to help a team achieve more?

  • Experience working in marketing, retention or CRM roles
  • Comfortable using MS Office or Google programmes
  • Skilled at thinking strategically and managing projects
  • Confident working with data to guide decisions and improve performance
  • Able to build relationships with different teams and stakeholders

The interview process

Interview 1 - initial interview via TEAMS, 30 minutes with Jeannine Rafferty - Head of Member Engagement

Interview 2 - 45 minute interview with task via TEAMS, task will be sent in advance; with Jeannine and Alisha O'Malley - CRM Growth Manager
