This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (with one day a week in the London office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £30,000– £33,000 per annum

About the role

This is a varied role where you will be involved across the full marketing mix with special focus and attention on paid media and its performance. Utilising your skills in marketing and your abilities to analyse data to improve key KPIs. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Day to day management of paid media (Paid Search and Paid Social)  for Which? Wills, Which? Lifestyle  and Which? Legal, including existing channels and new routes to market, inc agency management
  • Undertaking regular detailed performance analysis for Which? Wills, Which? Lifestyle  and Which? Legal. Putting actionable insight into practice and informing long term marketing strategies.
  • Full marketing mix campaign planning, set up and analysis. 
  • Coordinating the inbound affiliate marketing activity across Which?, working with our agency to optimise performance and grow acquisition volumes in a cost efficient manner
  • Manage relationships with existing partners to improve performance for Which? Wills, Which? Lifestyle  and Which? Legal.

About you:

Alongside the points below you are someone who is a team player with a passion for customers and matches this with business acumen to achieve goals and drive results.

  • Experience delivering a variety of projects simultaneously whilst prioritising your workload
  • Experience of paid marketing channels, such as: search, social, display or affiliate
  • Strong user experience of Microsoft Office (Excel) and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience of working with third party agencies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • Initial 10 min call with the hiring manager 
  • 45 min interview with hiring manager and colleague (Competency and experience based Q&A)
