This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

About the role
Working alongside our Accounts Payable Supervisor, you will be responsible for looking after one company. While you will receive support in the role, you'll have the fantastic opportunity to build on your experience and take ownership of the efficient running of your ledger. This is an exciting time to join the finance team at Which? as we begin to roll out our new finance system to the business. This is an opportunity to embrace change and embed good processes.As both a charity and commercial enterprise, you'll use your excellent attention to detail to ensure that all invoices are processed accurately, including scanning, checking and inputting details. This will extend to processing our employee expenses. You'll perform weekly BACS, foreign payments and adhoc payments. You will also deal with any queries from suppliers and internal clients around following up late payments and outstanding invoices. You'll reconcile supplier statements and maintain our supplier database accordingly.
You'll use excellent communication skills to liaise with managers across the business for invoice approval. You'll understand the balance of developing good relationships, against proactively ensuring that all invoices are processed within deadline.

We need you to have relevant Accounts Payable experience including processing of invoices and the ability to use accounting systems. You'll have excellent communications skills, numerical skills, and a good eye for detail. It's fast-paced, so your time management skills will be key to ensuring you meet deadlines for payment. We are a small, but close knit team, and we're looking for a real team player that will chip in and help our where needed.
