This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London, 2 days in the office - usually Wed & Thu), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary 54,000 – 60,000 per annum

 About the role

This is a dream role for an experienced brand communication specialist who is hungry to create career defining work. Which? is a trusted and well known brand that is about to launch a new iconic brand platform to market, working with some of the best agencies in the industry, and we want to go out with a bang! 

You will lead the planning and execution of our new brand campaign, before evolving and embedding the new brand strategy and creative platform across all communications and ongoing priority brand activity. Alongside this, providing comms planning support to key organisational marketing activities as required, to ensure our external brand narrative is as strong and effective as possible.

This is a critical role for us to realise our ambitious 2030 plans so we're after someone who is positive, passionate and brings lots of new ideas, with a specialism in social media and AV, as key channels for us.

Key responsibilities include: 

Lead the development and campaign management of our brand communication activity, aligned to our new brand strategy and creative platform, to deliver in line with organisational targets.Owning, embedding and championing our new brand creative platform across the organisation and through all communications.Support the communication planning process, including chairing monthly planning meetings and providing planning support to the wider marketing community.Work closely with the Insight and Analytics teams to best understand our audiences, competitors, consumer landscape and relevant insights, as well as setting-up and managing appropriate measurement and reporting.Effectively lead on any internal and external relationships during planning and delivery, from our agency partners to senior stakeholders to the whole org. 

About you:

Strong brand marketing experience across a wide range of core disciplines, including solid planning and measurement skills, brilliant creative judgement, and impressive media knowledge (specifically within social and AV).Significant experience in successfully executing brave, industry-leading marketing activity through owned, earned, paid, understanding the different roles communication channels play and how to best integrate to drive maximum impact.Relevant experience of leading complex and high profile marketing activity to plan and budget, managing multiple stakeholders at all levels and bringing them with you, and driving forward new initiatives.A solid understanding of best practice agency management to ensure we're bringing the best out of our agency partners, always - working as one team to create strong relationships and industry-leading work.A positive, brave and go-getting attitude - not afraid to get stuck in, take on new challenges and make things happen. There is so much opportunity with this role and our brand that we want someone as passionate about it as we are!

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • 60 min interview including a task to be prepped for ahead of time.
