This is a part time role (21 hours a week) and is also FTC for 12 months. It offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London office on Tuesdays), 28 days holiday a year (for a full-time role) plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one. (this is the FTE).
Salary 40,000 – 46,000 per annum (this will be pro rated 24,000 - £27,600 for 21 hours per week)
This role is 21 hours a week comprising of a Tuesday (in office day) and either Thursday/Friday (and one other day of your choice).

About the role
Working with our talented seasonal and in-house testing team, you will define the content strategy for our evolving topic areas, and commission and edit work for digital and print outputs in line with our overarching content strategy. You will be working on diverse topics that can range from razors to slow cookers to home projectors, and your engaging consumer-focused content will offer unique Which? Value to satisfy our members and prospective members.
Key responsibilities include:
To work with editorial stakeholders, channel and product teams to efficiently and effectively ensure content is appropriately forward planned, published to deadline and to a high quality.To understand and act upon consumer and customer insight and market and competitor trends in collaboration with the Customer and Product teams and make the most effective use of these insights in the delivery of content in order to meet KPIs related to acquisition, engagement and retention.
To define the content strategy for a topic, topic areas or channel, and commission and edit work for digital and print outputs in line with the overarching content strategy. Demonstrating excellent consumer focus and attention to detail, working with content creators to agree use of the most relevant, robust and cost-effective approach to deliver engaging content.
About you:
You will be a self-starter who enjoys working with other teams and colleagues to get the best out of them in order to create engaging, consumer-focused content that meets our KPIs.
You will be keen to build on your track record of success in commissioning and editing content for print and online, including reviews content.Your knowledge of SEO, digital CMS publishing platforms and digital analytics will translate into optimised content that meets our house standards and style, and engages our audience and hits our KPIs.You are skilled at identifying trends and stories and turning them into compelling content.Not only will you have excellent writing and editing skills, but you will be confident working with and from data.You have a flexible approach with the ability to support, promote and embrace change.
