This role offers a competitive salary, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this. 

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 

Location: 5 days a week based in our London office (2 Marylebone Road, London, NW1 4DF). Please note that this is NOT a hybrid role and you will need to be able to attend the office daily.

About the role

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative and strategic support to two members of the Which? Leadership Team: - the Chief Executive Officer and the General Counsel, who leads the Group Legal and Governance Division. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO is able to manage the allocation of her time to the most appropriate and strategic activities.  Also ensuring both leaders can operate effectively and efficiently, with the EA acting as a trusted partner, gatekeeper, and representative to a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Efficient and error-free diary and travel management
  • Timely and accurate circulation of meeting materials; clear and prompt minutes and action tracking
  • High standard of professionalism in stakeholder engagement
  • Consistent support in project delivery and administrative tasks 
  • Visible contribution to the seamless functioning of both the CEO Office and Group Legal and Governance Division
  • Accurate and up-to-date budget and expense tracking

About you:

  • Proven experience providing high-level EA support to senior executives
  • Exceptional organisational, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively under pressure
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills; confident in liaising at all levels and demonstrated discretion and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Google platform and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and a willingness to stay abreast of new technologies 
  • Ability to successfully liaise with key individuals at all levels internally and externally
  • A curious mindset and a willingness to try new things

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • The first stage of the process is a 15-30 minutes TEAMS call with our Resourcing Partner
  • followed by a structured TEAMS interview including two small tasks (an inbox exercise and a written exercise) (approx 1 hour interview and 1 hour for the 2 tasks) 
  • Successful candidates from these stages will have an office interview with the CEO and General Council on 23 June (approx 1 hour)
