This role is for a fixed term with the end date of this contract being Mid June 2026; and offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London 5-8 day in office per month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension after one year of service.

Salary  £50,000 - 54,000 per annum

 About the role

In this role, you'll provide analytical and insight support across the whole of Which?, with a particular focus on commercial growth and customer engagement. You'll play a key part in helping us better understand the performance of our products and services, using business intelligence tools—especially Tableau—to translate data into insight that drives impact.

Working across multiple initiatives, you'll support data-driven decision-making across our subscription business and digital products. You'll help shape our data strategy and play an active role in the ongoing development of our self-serve insight capabilities, enabling stakeholders across the business to access and interpret key performance data easily.

You'll be central to delivering reporting and BI solutions that improve commercial outcomes, optimise customer journeys, and support delivery of our organisational OKRs. Your work will help us build a clearer picture of audience behaviour, identify new opportunities for growth, and ensure our decisions are guided by timely, actionable insight.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Use your BI expertise, including strong Tableau and SQL skills, to provide analytical support across Audience, Brand & Comms, Commercial and the wider Which? group.
  • Develop, maintain and enhance a portfolio of reports, dashboards and tools that improve business understanding and support strategic goals.
  • Act as a consultant to stakeholders across Marketing and other business units, translating complex data into clear recommendations and compelling data stories.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to deliver actionable insights and visualisations that inform key decisions and improve business performance.
  • Lead or support the rollout of new data and reporting platforms, shaping our approach to self-serve analytics and driving adoption of BI tools across the organisation.

About you:

You're passionate about using data to tell stories and deliver value, and you've got the BI skills to make a real impact. You'll bring:

  • A high level of experience with Tableau, with the ability to create engaging and effective dashboards for a range of stakeholders.
  • Expert SQL skills and the ability to handle complex data queries and transformations.
  • Strong SAS programming skills or expertise in Google Analytics.
  • Proven experience of working in cross-functional teams to deliver insight and improve performance.
  • A keen eye for detail, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work at pace to meet business targets.

Our interview process usually involves 2 stages:

a 30 minute screening call with the hiring manager. Followed by a structured google meet interview of approx 60 minutes
