This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London NW1, 1-2 office days per week including every Tuesday), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

 About the role

We're searching for an outstanding senior digital content producer, to curate and write consumer-facing newsletters that build engagement and deliver against Which?'s commercial objectives. Working with our wider team of topic-specialist editors, writers and researchers this role plays a pivotal role in helping our 1 million+ consumer audience discover the right products and services for their needs, engage with Which? and support our organisation's charitable and campaigning goals.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Maximise the reach of, and engagement with, Which? content by curating the optimal mix of digital content for newsletters, delivering the newsletter strategy and meeting commercial and impact objectives
  • Write exceptional quality copy to drive engagement, reinforce the Which? brand and deliver a premium user experience across the suite of newsletters. 
  • Continually interrogate, monitor and share newsletter performance results and use these to recommend next steps and iterations of Which? content.
  • Monitor market and competitor developments to provide our audiences with relevant and engaging content that exceeds consumer expectations.
  • Assist with team training by producing guidelines, training materials and presentations as required. Acts as a mentor and contributes to quality-checking of colleagues' output.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement in key topic areas at the right time, and liaising with teams to ensure the best onward journeys.

 

About you:

We're looking for a digital content producer with proven flair for creating high quality consumer-focused newsletter journeys that deliver on engagement, commercial and impact objectives.

  • Demonstrable ability to deliver high quality newsletters that are consumer focused, accessible and in line with tone of voice guidelines.
  • Proven prowess in interrogating digital content performance data using platforms such as GA4 and Looker. Knowledge of systems such as Tableau and Marketing Cloud would be a bonus.
  • A track record of driving innovation to improve the reach, impact and engagement of digital content.
  • Confident collaborating with multiple stakeholders across a multifaceted organisation to ensure outputs are co-ordinated, delivered on time and to spec.
  • Able to produce high quality content and sparkling copy at pace, while managing multiple short and long term content projects.

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • One hour interview via Microsoft Teams, with a practical one-hour writing task to be completed ahead of interview.
