This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working ((a minimum of 5-8 London office days per month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £36,000 – £40,000 per annum

About the role

As a Senior Marketing Executive, you'll be a core member of the Marketing Propositions Team, where you will develop compelling propositions that drive commercial success. You'll be instrumental in attracting and retaining Which? members, directly increasing subscriptions, engagement, and affiliate income.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Own the full lifecycle of offers for our newsletter audience. You will deliver the promotions roadmap and lead new offer ideation, experimentation, and execution to maximise conversions to paid membership and drive partnership/affiliate income
  • Work with the Senior Marketing Manager to deliver our Tiered Subscription Model Offer roadmap, attracting new Which? customers via ATL and BTL campaigns
  • Work with Marketing and Digital teams to unlock capabilities from new tech platforms, including the relaunch and ongoing management of the online gifting proposition.
  • Work with Switch & Compare teams to ensure services are promoted contextually to support hitting affiliate revenue targets. 
  • Support on key projects such as reducing member churn, optimising owned channels to drive upsells and testing new member propositions

About you:

We're looking for a commercially-driven, strategic marketer with a broad knowledge of the marketing function.

You're a great fit if you are:

  • A proactive individual who can manage/drive forward a roadmap of activity to improve performance/unlock new capabilities/opportunities.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously, whilst prioritising your workload.
  • Creative and love coming up with new ideas but know the importance of data to design propositions that are entrenched in customer insights and drive commercial value.
  • Experienced in managing projects, stakeholders, agencies and campaigns from conception through to performance analysis.
  • Excellent at communicating with strong analytical skills and the ability to effectively meet business needs.
  • Curious with a passion for experimentation and have prior experience with A/B testing to improve performance.
  • A strong presenter, able to review marketing performance and suggest clear and impactful ways to improve.

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • First round: 30 mins screening phone call
  • Second round: 1 hour 15 minutes. This will include a task for you to present back (you will be sent 3 days prior to your interview).
