This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (London, minimum Tuesdays in the office), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £57,000 - £67,000 per annum

Location: London/Hybrid:  (London, minimum Tuesdays in the office)

 About the role

Accountable for all proposition and promotional activity, targeting members and non members with the Which? portfolio of products and services. This includes challenging the business to make decisions that evolve our propositions to increase appeal, retain more members and improve profitability.

Responsible for supporting the commercial function to develop and deliver a promotional roadmap, creating new initiatives that open opportunities to new and existing audiences across the portfolio.

This role alongside other members of the Commercial team will collaborate to establish, improve and innovate the proposition to increase conversion and support the strategic objective of income growth. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Drive the proposition agenda, evolving our propositions to increase appeal and retain more members
  • Lead the planning and delivery of new and refreshed propositions
  • Lead the development and delivery of promotional roadmaps to increase the appeal and lifetime value of propositions for prospects, free newsletter, and existing paying audiences
  • Work closely with Finance and Customer Analytics to complete scenario modelling to feed into planning and budgeting 
  • Lead, motivate and develop the propositions team

  • You have great vision, in shaping short term and long term plans
  • You can operate at pace, with energy and enthusiasm
  • You have a keen eye for detail
  • You have sound commercial skills, and are able to balance growth with profitability
  • You're a great team player with excellent interpersonal skills

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • Initial competency based interview (45 mins)
  • Follow up interview with task (1 hour)
