About the role
You'll be accountable for the vision, strategy, discovery and delivery of a product squad, working with your engineering and UCD counterparts. You'll be building a long-standing, high-performing product team that can work on a range of different problems.
Initially you will be focused on reimagining our Trusted Traders service to better serve our business customers, end users and operational staff. By helping the best companies efficiently get (and use) the endorsements they need, you'll reduce consumer harm and meet company financial goals, creating a delightful and valuable experience for all. You'll understand our existing processes, then balance user needs and business outcomes to create an evidence-based approach to helping our users. You'll later be thinking about our wider B2B opportunities and where digital technology can improve outcomes - so that we can increase revenues, and thereby continue to fund our important charitable work standing up for UK Consumers.
Throughout your time as a Senior Product Manager at Which?, you'll be working on exciting problem areas, including exploring new product opportunities where there may be no clear solution - or maybe countless solutions to be reconciled. You may be working on a new problem using discovery techniques or leading a tiger team to solve a hot topic, while also keeping the majority of your squad working efficiently on their core work. You'll be creating a range of longer-term plans, and thinking about the evidence you - and your stakeholders - will need to help choose between them.
You may also be working with suppliers or partners, scoping work and setting up relationships for long-term success - without losing our ability to test and learn.
