This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (in the London office 1 day a week), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and a fantastic pension scheme offering 6% in year one and 11% after this.

Salary £44,500 - £48,000 per annum plus incentive scheme below

** You can earn up to an additional £9,500 per annum based on "target" performance. There will be opportunity to earn beyond this if exceptional performance is achieved

About the role

To manage and develop the capabilities of a team of Account Managers and Client Relationship Managers who are responsible for our B2B engagement and driving conversion/Revenue from our B2B propositions to meet business KPIs while ensuring the integrity of our brand is maintained.

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Responsible for managing a highly driven and successful team by conducting regular 121s, coaching and monthly reviews of team members to: 
  • review performance vs KPIs
  • Support them with everyday queries, workflow, pitches and manage absence 
  • Mentor and support team members with objectives and career goals
  • Ensure they are successful brand ambassadors of Which?
  • Recruitment, PDPs and any formal or informal reviews 
  • Conduct regular analysis of pipeline and sales funnel vs forecast plan to identify gaps, risks and opportunities to ensure KPIs are met
  • Commercial awareness is key as you will be required to identify risks that can stop us from achieving the forecast plan but also identify opportunities where W? can grow into
  • Support with the development and execution of the team strategy and also Support with in development and execution of new propositions and ad-hoc projects that will influence the work of their direct reports
  • Administration and management reporting

  • Numerical and analytical skills
  • Strategic mindset
  • Sales, Business Development and Account management
  • The Office suite - PowerPoint and Excel
  • People Management experience in a B2B sales atmosphere
  • Regular reporting of performance, pipeline planning and providing a clear flight path of performance vs targets

The interview process for this role involves:-

  • 1.5hrs: 
    • Interview: 30- 45 mins 
    • Task: 30-45 mins
