About the role

We are looking for candidates with experience working in user research or within a similar research role. You might be at the early stages of your user research career, or be transitioning into user research from another discipline where there are some clear transferable skills and experience.

As part of the Product Design and User Research team, you'll help put our customers at the heart of everything we do. We have been improving how we approach user research and experimentation across our product squads, helping our teams to understand customer needs and pain points. In this role you'll be supported by Senior User Researchers and will work closely with our multidisciplinary product squads, running research initiatives and embedding insights into their decision making processes.

A key part of the transformation process at Which? is embracing modern user-centred product development practices, enabling us to deliver better products faster. We are looking for colleagues that are proactive and take ownership of their work – helping accelerate our journey to become a more effective Product Design and User Research team.

  • Evidence based and impact-focussed: You will always have our users in mind, and ensure that any features or changes proposed are based on insights.
  • Communicative and organised: You will be willing and able to communicate insights to team members and stakeholders. You will also take an active role in the day to day operations of the practice and accompanying admin tasks.
