"To say my Which? career has been squiggly, is putting it mildly. In 2016 I joined Which? on a temporary contract in the Contact Centre as an operations support advisor. However, I only stayed put briefly, as I'd moved to the then-new LiveChat team within three months. I remained in LiveChat for a while, working my way up from advisor and team admin to senior service advisor.
Flashforward to 2020, I joined the trailblazing In-House Testing team as a Researcher/Writer. This is an opportunity I'll always be grateful for getting the chance to experience. Most recently, towards the end of 2022, I started my newest role as the online content producer for our Policy & Insight and Campaigns sites. Working on these projects has been the most interesting and rewarding challenge of my career to date and I'm eager to see what next comes my way."
